I have suddenly fallen down a Peanuts rabbit hole? Very specifically Lucy and Schroeder. I keep getting videos about the comics and they’re too cute I cannot-

I mean, I’ve never not been interested but also not really super into it as I am now suddenly? Funny enough I have a Peanuts/Charlie Brown themed souvenir cup. Foreshadowing?

Why is it that coming up with dinner ideas has to be so difficult? I’m wanting to use the beans in my pantry and all the good recipes I’m finding use butter beans, which happen to be some of the few I DON’T have currently.

I’m just a girl who wants a good bean recipe that I can make! Is that so much to ask?

Maybe I’ll grab some later this week and make them this weekend. I’ve been considering to “wake up” my sour dough starter today, I could have a nice sour dough loaf with it too if I do that. I’m just not sure if I have enough flour, typically I use whole wheat to feed the starter but I should have that.

Cold weather and affogatos go well together.

I’ve been craving this, I eventually had to go to my favorite local cafe to get one. I’ll probably get a cold brew or iced latte to go on my way out.

For now I enjoy sitting here and watching the snow. <3

Little Miss Pebble rolling around the carpet. She’s a new addition to the family along side two other kittens that came with her, they were rescues from outside. She’s still feisty and scared, but she’s warming up to us slowly. Her “siblings” are the complete opposite and you can’t even tell they were strays!

My family was helping to lower the local stray population at a friend’s house by spay/neuter and release. We homed as many as we could, including the three we took in! The rest were released back outside because we didn’t have the resources to hold them long term to tame them and all of our shelters are over max capacity :/
