okay onto happier things: precure
these are my redesigns based on the bag leaks couple of weeks ago, I am very passionate about animals so it saddened me to the cures to not have animal features like kirapre. Im also not incredibly fond of the cure designs… so i changed a bunch to my liking. If YOU like the original designs, good for you glad you got something to look forward to. If not then I hope you might like my re-interpretations :)🌷🌹
I still hope that we will get to the cures in animal form changes, Im not giving up on my animal aesthetics until wanpre is over and it hasn’t even started yet! That being said have a good day and may wanpre be an entertaining season🐾✨

First Wonderful Precure Details
The series will start airing on Feb 4th and this is the main visual for it, featuring Cure Wonderful, Cure Friendy, Cure Nyami and Cure Lillian.
The motif is animals.
The theme is "Animals and people, everyone can be friends!"
The keyword is "Everyone is friends! Wonderful~!"
This is the first preview for it!
The story is set in "Animal Town" where animals and people live in harmony. By caring for each other, humans and animals can become important partners and friends. The story depicts the deep bonds that are created between animals and humans, such as dogs and their owners, cats and their owners, etc.
Synopsis
[Animal Town] A town where animals and people live together.
[Iroha] loves animals and is good friends with her dog [Komugi]!
One day, a mysterious creature, Gargal, goes on a rampage in the city! However, in order to protect Iroha, Komugi takes on a human form and transforms into Precure…! ?
"I have to help the child who is feeling anxious…!"
Let's work together to bring the animals back to Nico Garden!
Character Introductions
Cure Wonderful / Inukai Komugi (CV: Naganawa Maria)
Iroha's pet dog Papillon.
She takes on the human form and is excited to be able to talk to her beloved Iroha. Excellent motor skills. She loves walking and is very curious. Se is stubborn.
Her catchphrase is imitating Iroha and saying "Wonderful!"
She transforms into "Cure Wonderful"!
Cure Friendy / Inukai Iroha (CV: Tanezumi Atsumi)
A second year junior high school girl who loves animals.
Her daily routine is to take a morning walk with Komugi. She has many friends and animals also like her. She is a caring person and likes taking care of animals. She has an honest personality and is not good at lying. She is also good at sports.
Her catchphrase is "Wonderful!"
She transforms into "Cure Friendy"!
Cure Nyami (On the left, details unknown)
Cure Lillian (On the right, details unknown)
Usagiyama Satoru: A boy who is Iroha's classmate and owns a rabbit named Daifuku. He is good at studying and has a kind and gentle personality. He learns that Komugi and Iroha are Pretty Cure, and uses his extensive knowledge of animals to support them.
Nekoyashiki Mayu: A girl who recently moved to Animal Town.
Daifuku: A rabbit who lives with Satoru. A brave personality.
Yuki: A cat who lives with Mayu.

im working my way through hiropre slowly cause im watching it with my fiancé, who isnt a big precure fan so we’re doing like an ep a day. we just finished ep 4. so like, no spoilers please, but hey like. who the hell is gonna be the mid season cure? are they gonna make the baby the mid season cure??? if they did i’d have to assume they’re do a ha-chan thing and age her up quickly, but also this is such a weird season all bets are off. i guess if we have a boy cure and an adult cure we could have a lil cure?? like a chibiusa thing????? idk!!!! but like, literally who else could be the mid season cure? the only other characters are like, kabuton and yoyo. GRANDMA CURE?? but ellee is purple like the purple stripe in the logo!!

You guys probably know how big of an obsessed I can be over Precure but today I went quite curious over a fact Ageha said about herself in the most recent episode which is that her birthstone is peridot.
A quick online search told me that peridot is the birthstone of august and so I thought that it could be a nice detail if august will actually be her official birthday, but as you might know sometimes scripts for the episodes can be random and they might forget about official facts given by the sites and so on. But I went overly curious and, knowing that Precure staff likes to set the Cure's birthdays on national days that resemble their elements (like Sora being born on Japan's national sky day and Prism being born on national rainbow day) I did some researches on August's Japan national days, cutting off the days that are already officially taken by other Cures. Well, turns out that August 8th is Japan's national butterfly day and children's day (and yall already know Ageha's dream about being a kindergarten teacher)!
However there's still no official news about her birthday yet, so please don't take my words as reliable sources! It would be crazy if I actually got it right but let's wait until Toei's announcement! :)
