       At the very least Otoya had the good grace not to hold onto him for too long. Honestly, he didn’t know what he’d do if he had. Another sigh is let out, before he looks over at him, shaking his head. ❝ Thank you. ❞  

“Neh, Tokiya, why don’t you like hugs?” To Otoya, they were the best thing in the world. It was a comforting action plus expressed feelings of caring and friendship. If he could, he’d try to hug his friends more often. “It’s weird...”

       Oh god. He never ever should’ve humored Otoya enough to actually say it back. Now look what he did!! It was like he created an absolute monster ( if monsters were to attack you with hugs, that is, rather than simply attack you in general ). The smile is quick to wipe off his face, sighing in exasperation. ❝ Otoya, please get off me. ❞  

Oh, he went too far again... With a yelp, he jumped off the other. The hug was fun while it lasted. Normally he’d cling on for a longer period of time but he figured he’d try to get on his friend’s good side for the holiday. “I’m off. My baaaad,” He couldn’t help but laugh a bit.

       Okay, that wasn’t exactly what he meant, but he’ll allow it. At least Otoya was TRYING in his own way. His own Otoya way. The whole thing was almost amusing. Almost. Shaking his head at him, he looks over at him, a small smile quirking upwards on his facial features. ❝ Happy Valentine’s day, Otoya. ❞ 

Finally! He was going along with it. This exchange really warmed his heart. Otoya understood that he could be a bit much and overwhelming but he also knew Tokiya cared. That’s why he had the bestest bestest of bestest friend title! “Heh, thanks, Tokiya!!” His shenanigans didn’t stop there however. Now it was time for his hug attack!!

Fumbling about the composer knocked on Otoya's door, waiting for his response before she'd hold out a small package containing a few handmade chocolates just for him. "H-Happy Valentine's Day, Ittoki-kun. I tried my hand at making some chocolates. I hope you like them."

The redhead perked up at the door knock. It wasn’t long before the door was opened. “Oh, Nanami, what brings you here?” Accepting the box, he began to slowly process what this was. His face soon flushed. “F-For me? You made this for me?” Hopefully she couldn’t hear his heart beating. “I-If you made it I’ll definitely like it!!” With that said, he opened the package, taking out a piece and popping it in his mouth. His eyes lit up. It was delicious! “Mm, I knew it! Nanami’s chocolates are the best!”

       This was worse than usual. He knows Otoya said that he only ate a few chocolates, but to him, it looks like he ate around fifty chocolates. The things he had to put up with… ❝ You can tell everyone how you feel at a lower volume. I’m sure everyone would appreciate it if you did that. ❞ Him especially. 

Oh, so if he quietly said it, it would work? “I can try that!!” With a deep breath, he leaned in close. With a loud whisper, he let out, “Tokiyaaaaaaaaaaaa you’re my bestest bestest bestest friend in the whole world! Happy Valentine’s day, I owe you veggies in a nice wrapped gift!”

       It was pretty obvious that Otoya currently had an incredibly high sugar intake. He could practically SMELL the sugar off of the other male. Ignoring his babbling, he lets out another sigh, crossing his arms across his chest. ❝ Otoya, you should calm down. ❞ For Tokiya’s sake. ❝ Don’t eat any more chocolates or candy. ❞ Not unless he wanted to drive Tokiya absolutely insane that is. 

He couldn’t help the pout. The redhead wished to argue but he figured that would only annoy Tokiya even more. “... I won’t eat anymore chocolates or candies. It’s hard to calm down though. I feel super excited. Neh, Tokiya, is it bad to be this happy? I like being happy and telling everyone I care. My fans and my friends!! I can’t help it. I know you like quiet but... I can’t be quiet.”

        Oh god. As soon as he hears his name being called repeatedly, an immediate feeling of dread fills the pit of his stomach. He knows exactly who that is, and he also knows exactly what that excited rambling meant. Otoya was in one of THOSE moods. It must be all the chocolate he received today… Another reason not to celebrate Valentine’s day. Sighing softly, he turns. ❝ How much sugar have you had today?? ❞ 

“Eh? What makes you think I had a lot of sugar?” He did, though. “Heh, I had a few chocolates here and there. Some of the fans wanted me to try them there on the spot so I did for a few of them. There were a lot though. I bet you got a bunch too, Tokiya! You’re so popular!! Which, I mean, I totally get. You’re a suuuuuper good friend. I love you lots!! That’s why I wanted to come find you! Valentine’s day is also for friends and you’re my bestest bestest friend!”

I wanted to get you some chocolate but I wasn’t sure if you’d eat them... Instead I’ll just tell you how much I care about ya~. I hope I don’t annoy you too much. Wouldn’t want you to leave me. Oh, maybe I could have gotten you a box of veggies. Is it too late? Think the grocery story is still opened? Why don’t we go check it out? Neh, come on, Tokiya! Let’s gooooooooo!”
