"A National Park Service Ranger gives the once-over to a larger-than-life 'Furby' on the ferry returning from the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island in New York Harbor September 24. The character representing Tiger Electronics new interactive toy had been photographed as part of promotion for the announcement of the release of the toy October 2 in New York and was returning to the city. The animatronic toy will react with a child through sight, touch, hearing and physical orientation and will sell for about $30."
