Making my heart pound with pressure after a good gym session, which counts as ‘cardio’ right?

Quite some tachy runs in this one, starting from 0:25. A good 7-second long one at 0:38ish, which felt amazing!

my heart under the pressure of my body! in the first seconds it was crazy fast without any reason (NO pressure). During pressure it was quite fast, irregular, skippy and with some murmurs!

Per request I did a pressured heartbeat! I absolutely love how pressure effects my heart and this vid was no exception. I use the belt method (strapping a belt as tight as possible against your chest and putting the mic under it right on your heart) and I got some amazing visible skips! Everytime I took a breath in my heart would start to skip and stumble against my ribs with no room to pound properly.
