v validating eye-opening experience today where for a training i talked about my psychotic episode/suicide attempt in front of like 30 ppl whove also been suicidal & i heard several audible "damns" at how traumatic it was

#even in the moment no one cared or understood so this is the first time ive ever gotten any genuine sympathy abt my rock bottom #i feel a little less disconnect between mentally stable & mentally unstable me. win!!#suicide mention #psychosis

Hey so I see folks with alot of the same issues, and alot of other people going "hey man its not like that" and the first group going "man your crazy". And from personal experiance it became very suddenly Not Like That once I moved 2000 miles away from my hometown so i gotta ask
