WERE SO BACK! go my 2 halves of a WIP :3

I haven't drawn in like. an entire week. but it's also been a really long time since I actually made a real rendered drawing instead of just sketch pages and doing so finally ended my art block !! wonderful. it's so relieving to draw something I particularily like after a long line of drawings I'm just "okay with". also yeah he doesn't bleed I'm being edgy on purpose for effect fight me

I really wonder what it was like for Kris and Noelle during those first few months after Dess’s disappearance. This is such an interesting exploration of that, especially considering that the recent egg rooms imply that Kris did in fact forget some parts of what happened, or at least try to.

Since Noelle seems to block out traumatic memories, I wanted to make a comic to explore how Kris might react to Noelle repressing the memory of whatever happened to Dess. I have a lot of holes in my memory of early middle/high school (just from medical trauma not my sister getting turned into an eldritch horror dw) so this was really cathartic to draw LOL I hope I got the point across well enough GAHHHH i feel like i mischaracterized Kris a bit

based on this post. I reworked kris' and noelle's dialogue bc i thought it would be more interesting for the comic format as well as more in-character. Basically my take on kris and noelles relationship and thoughts for each other. Doomed :)
