🦋 Motivation (I guess?)
DON'T REPORT JUST BLOCK, I'M BEGGING.
All of these my father has said to me, maybe these will aid you peeps too.
If you can't decide what you want to eat, you aren't really hungry.
Just drink water, you aren't really hungry.
You're just bored! You aren't hungry, you'd know when you're hungry.
Are you really getting another snack? We're about to cook dinner.
Yeah, we need to really lose weight in this house. *Stares directly at me. I know what my dad is trying to tell me, lol.*
I'm gonna have to put a lock on the fridge! *fake dad laugh*
I mean, you can eat if you want!! I'm not saying you can't, but...*trails off into nothing, leaving me standing awkwardly debating if I should even eat or not*
I'm glad you're losing weight, good job! I don't want you to become like me, haha! (Context; my dad (over 200lbs, who is just has disordered as I am.) told me this when I was doing nothing but eating one meal a day and it was under at least 700 calories, this included me working off said calories and walking a good ~ 7,000 steps that day before eating. This was during school, dare I say the peak of my ED.)
