ngl in high school i would lurk all the time on 4chan music and fashion boards, sometimes lit and film. most likely affected me in some way. i stopped for some time, only going back to look once in a while. every time i look on there no matter what board the pure hatred is just always there, and it is just hate directed at everyone. women, poc, lgbt, skinny people, fat people, old people, young people, people who live in cities, people with families, people without families, neighbors, unemployed people, people with jobs, disabled people, people who have pets, people who enjoy a certain genre of music or sport or whatever. the whole website is just a circle jerk of hatred of humanity. i left twitter in 2018 bc people were so mean. so idk why i still lurk sometimes and just end up upsetting myself. like why do i care?
