Actually I have been practicing inflation for about 2 years. I have a distant feeder from another country and we regularly have cam-sessions where he makes me drink water, tea and apple juice. All the drinks are my choice. When we started I could drink 2 liters, now I can hold 3 liters. The session is not long: it lasts about 15 or 25 minutes and usually within 10 minutes I have all 3 liters in my gut.

I always drink a few soup mugs of hot tea to stretch the stomach more.

Yes, and it is one of the reasons why I want to be fatter: to have a deeper bellybutton. The fatter I get, the deeper my feeder can poke his finger. Also one day my bellybutton may be used as a coin-holder.
