INCOMPLETENESS MAKES A QUEEN COMPLETE

Pilar,Sorsogon- A modest child who became strong as typhoon comes along in her life. A child who turns into lady now because of the activity that drive her vehicle going to her dreams. She is Queen Mae Lozada Marinas, 19 years old and a resident of Salvacion, Pilar, Sorsogon. Queen Mae has always been a simple daughter of Juan Lozada Jr. and Edna Lozada. She was the youngest among 3 children who are eager to finished her study and make her family proud.

When Queen was 3 months old her father died due to car accident. That incident retain her mother to take all the responsibility to finace them. Edna is a member of Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program which provide them finacial support. Queen Mae also believes that 4Ps does not finance them by just receiving cash but also it helps their family to build a strong relationship by exhibiting activities for its beneficiaries. It also opens an opportunity for Queen Mae to enter in the platform of pageantry by 2015 for becoming the representative of Pantawid Pamilya Exemplary Child Of Pilar,Sorsogon. This is a 3 day activity that gathered all the youth achievers of the municipality. It highlighted the childrens skills and abilities through several workshops and contests. Upon winning this competition she pursue the endeavor to be a representative of Bicol Region in the national search.

"All I want is to be happy. And joining pageant is one thing that makes me happy. Maybe this is what they call " Passion". And this passion propelled me more when I attended a talk where Diane Necio the recent Supra National that time is there. I was motivated by her words of wisdom. And it followed by 2015 MUP Venus Raj. I relate myself to her life story. And this made me more inspired and believe that if there is something that your heart wants to cheive then go for it because nothing is imposible despite of the different hitches. So i think those experiences as well as my passion are the things that gives me way to join pageants up to now",she said.

Some of her title are Miss Teen Salvacion 2015, Miss CPL Foundation 2015, Miss Cabiguan 2018, Miss Parokya 2017, Mutya ng Millabas 2019, Mutya ng Dinapa 2019 2nd Runner Up, Mutya ng Casava ,2018 1st Runner Up, Mutya ng Lourdes 2020 1st Runner Up, MUTYA ng Parau 2020 1st Runner Up. "Getting this titles are not easy I experienced incompleteness which really affects my whole life. Many times I cried, many times I failed BUT up to this moment, still, i am alive. I continue shaping my spirit of being a conquerror. A conqueror of all hurdles. A conquerror who is always willing to learn from failure and downfalls. And having that sipirit is one thing I can consider as a great achievement of all. I don't consider the crowns and title as an achievement rather it's all about the lesson that made a queen more confident and empowered",she ended.

Deficiency in CAL

Bicol University College of Arts and Letters (BUCAL) admitted that Electric defiency and lack of water supply are problems during the accomodation of the delegates of Regional SCUAA last February 5-8,2020 .

Liliosa Malasa, Associate Dean of CAL states that the venue must be the East Campus and College of Science( CS) but because of the previous typhoon named "Tisoy" the transformer of the said campus was damaged. Malasa added that eventhough the CAL is not yet ready to hold the delegates but they have no choice but to accept the responsibility for the sake of the delegates and the University itself.

She pinpoints that the plan for the improvement of CAL facilities are ongoing which depends on the amount of money that the CHED will be provided. She also stated that the said college are just depending on what is given to them because they have no funds at all that is why until now there is defficiency in CAL.

The 2020 Regional State Colleges and Universities Athletic Association (RSCUAA) is participated by hundrends of athletes with their coaches from various schools.

Sight that looks like a picture, tableau.

When I look at you

I ask myself, how can I get you?

You have the fragrance of berries

So sweet yet you continue to secrete it

You know how to assign certain limit

But you can never fake it.

I made a conclusion

And I guess its just an illusion

That you are my prince charming, in vision

Confirming the fact its-infatuation.

You are my big brother

And I will keep it in my heart forever
