Good units get listed once on the wheel while the mediocre ones get listed multiple times to 'balance' rarity.......... this is honestly such a good idea and I greatly appreciate the input!! I never considered this!

Just to explain a few things, this should help sort it out.
As extra background info before we start: the protagonist has a connection to the android so that only the protag can hear the android. The android is able to monitor them and comment on the journey but is not physically near them.
Along the adventure, there will be people met that can later possibly join the protag's journey. Once there has been enough met, we get to the "gacha" part. Party members will be selected using a picker wheel to make it random rather than a poll for them.
