مهم نیست چه کاری انجام می دهیم. همیشه حواسمان پرت است. حتی اگر کتابی بخوانیم درباره حواس پرتی، دوباره حواسمان پرت می شود به اینکه چه کنیم تا حواسمان پرت نشود. اصلا باید حواسمان جمع باشد؟ چرا؟ شاید زندگی ما مملو باشد از حواس پرتی های خوشایند و ناخوشایند اما چرا و چگونه باید حواسمان را جمع کنیم؟ حواسمان را جمع چه کنیم؟ نمی دانم چون همین الان که این متن را می نویسم حواسم پرت است. یاد گرفته ام روی حواس پرتی هایم تمرکز کنم!!!!!!!! .
