A Star’s Moment

The Venice Film Festival was in full swing, and the red carpet was alive with excitement. Y/N sat on the edge of the hotel bed, her eyes glued to the TV as she watched Drew step out of a sleek black car. He looked incredible in his tailored suit, his smile lighting up the screen. The camera flashed and the crowd cheered, and Y/N felt a surge of pride and emotion.

She remembered all the late nights Drew had spent working on his role for this film, all the sacrifices he had made to get here. He had poured his heart into this project, and now, seeing him shine on one of the biggest stages in film, Y/N could hardly believe it.

When the broadcast ended, Y/N took a deep breath, trying to steady herself. She knew Drew would be coming back to the hotel soon, and she wanted to be strong for him, but the tears started to well up in her eyes.

The sound of the hotel door opening caught her attention. Drew walked in, his face still glowing from the evening’s success. He looked tired but incredibly happy. Seeing Y/N, his eyes lit up even more.

“There you are,” he said, walking over to her with open arms. “I’ve missed you.”

Y/N couldn’t hold back her tears any longer. She ran to him, wrapping her arms tightly around his neck. Drew held her close, feeling her shaking as she tried to compose herself.

“Hey, what’s wrong?” he asked gently, his voice full of concern.

Y/N pulled back just enough to look at him, tears streaming down her face. “I’m just so proud of you, Drew. You’ve worked so hard for this moment. Seeing you up there, I couldn’t help but cry.”

Drew’s expression softened, his own eyes filling with emotion. He took her face in his hands, wiping away her tears with his thumbs. “Thank you. It means so much to hear that from you.”

He led her over to the bed, sitting down and pulling her into his lap. They settled together, Y/N resting her head on his shoulder. Drew wrapped his arms around her, holding her close as they sat in a comfortable silence.

“You’ve been amazing through all of this,” Y/N whispered. “I’ve seen how much effort you’ve put in. Tonight was your moment to shine, and you did. You were incredible.”

Drew kissed the top of her head, his voice filled with warmth. “I couldn’t have done it without you. Your support means everything to me.”

They stayed like that for a long time, simply enjoying each other’s presence. Y/N’s tears eventually stopped, and the warmth of Drew’s embrace made her feel safe and loved.

As they cuddled, Drew gently brushed his fingers through Y/N’s hair, and she could feel the strong beat of his heart. She realized how much they both needed these quiet, intimate moments together, away from the spotlight and the demands of their careers.

“I love you,” Drew said softly.

“I love you too,” Y/N replied, her voice filled with gratitude. “Thank you for sharing this moment with me.”

They stayed wrapped up in each other’s arms, knowing that this was where they both truly belonged—supporting, loving, and cherishing each other through every triumph and challenge.
