The marinade is red chili powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. After its cooked, we smash it a little and set it aside ta cool. The rice should be done, so we spread it out on this mat that I've got here *pours the cooked rice on the mat and spreads it out ta cool* . Next, we get a bowl of warm water and mix some salt into it. We dip our hands into the water so that the rice doesnt stick ta our hands, and then we form the onigiri! Grab a ball of rice. Form the rice into a bowl with your hands and make a little whole in the center. Put the salmon in, and then close the rice. Theres no right way ta do this, and theres a ton of videos that show different ways ta make it!
