I was wondering if you were intentionally writing athena as autistic or autistic-coded? the way phoenix describes having to ask if she's okay with touch 'on bad days' rang a bell for me

Aaaa thank you so much! I'm so glad you consider my fic worth re-reading. And yes, in Pressureverse, I have deliberately written Athena as on the spectrum. It feels like all the evidence for the characterization exists in canon already, I just underlined certain things in yellow highlighter, while also adding some complexity to her everyday experience with it (boundaries, sensitivities, how she communicates to others about her needs, etc.). This is even more transparent in the yet-to-be-released part 2 of her Pressureverse-centric chapter!

i've been rereading pressureverse (for, like, the fiftieth time) and i just have to praise your klavier characterization- i think it's one of the best fic characterizations i've seen for any fandom. he's so charming and flirty yet it all feels real and human, and when he drops that facade i love to see it- the real person with doubts and anxieties and TRAUMA underneath the perfect rockstar hotshot prosecutor. of course his best moments are his banter with apollo (you have me shrieking like a schoolgirl) but i love his other relationships- especially with phoenix and edgeworth! the clear respect he has for them because of kristophers case!! im dying to know more!!! frankly its ruined me on any other characterization for him lol- turnabout serenade's ending scene with him and apollo made me actually sob. i think i've reread that specific scene countless times, the emotions you evoked there are lightning in a bottle.
