People are always giving the illusion that their being as well as their life is so complex.. and thats what upsets me about society today. Things seemed to be oriented around how you appear. It makes me sick because I’ve never been one to front, yet I see everyone around me doing it. No you’re not some deep, individual because you post recycled quotes from Tumblr or pintrest. No you’re not some boho, hipster mermaid because you have on circular sunglasses and gellie sandals. No you’re not some deep philosopher because you’ve googled “Buddhism” and have decided to embrace your wikipedia findings. 

Don’t get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with doing any of those things but don’t try and be something you’re not just for social media.

This is the Swedish warship Vasa. It sank in 1628 and was recovered from the ocean in 1961, almost completely intact. This is the only remaining intact ship from the 1600’s. This ship is housed in The Vasa Museum in Stockholm, Sweden.
