Friday- 🎼 “In the jungle the mighty jungle the lion sleeps tonight” 🎶 visited Animal Kingdom! Here we became members of ACE (Alpha Centauri Expeditions) exploring and cataloging the land, indigenous animals, foliage and natives of Pandora! We paired with an avatar and flew on the back of banshees through the floating mountains and over the seas (of course I had to adopt mine). We took a cruise through the Na’Vi territory admiring the beautiful bioluminescent plants and animals, honoring Eway and the sprites who guided our journey. We traveled through time tracking an iguanadon (dinosaur) and brought him back to the future (hopefully they found him before he tore up too much of the lab😱 - it’s ok though he’s a vegetarian). We escaped the Yeti on Everest and returned from the Kali River Rapids (quite soaked I might add). Then we went on a safari (no, the camera is NOT zoomed in, the Baby giraff was that close) and then joined The King and the other animals for a wonderful celebration of 🎶 “The Circle of Life....and it moves us all! Thursday - part 4 Back to the Studio! We conquered Slinky-Dog Dash (and had a dash of coffee while waiting 😂), had Target practice with the toys under Andy’s bed (which I didn’t realize until Cayla pointed it out), caught a “Run-Away-Train” with Mickey and Minnie, paid homage to Mr Disney and his enduring dream - “it all started with a mouse...and a dream!” We became honorary racers with Lightning McQueen - Kerchow! And raced to a rockin’ concert on the Rockin Roller Coaster! Then we returned to Galaxy’s Edge! Where we once again became smugglers on the Falcon! This time we got to be pilots!! Aarrhhhhhh (thats Wookiee for FINALLY!!!) we had some pretty stellar engineers though! Joined the resistance and escaped the First Order (they thought they had us captured!) We made our own lightsabers at Savi’s workshop! The experience was PHENOMENAL! So of course we had to take photos! DD-31 had his own photo shoot too! The snarky little resistance droid! 😏 Thanks to @JenniferBoxerDesigns for creating my awesome Droid Pod! Tuesday/Wednesday- The Happiest Place on Earth! We traveled in space, went to the “laughing place” and escaped Brier Fox, visited some ghoulish friends, and took the “wildest ride in the wilderness!” We also became part of a swashbuckling crew and sailed with Blackbeared, visited with friends in the Hundred Acre Wood, tiumphed over Zurg and thwarted his plot to take over the galaxy And all we needed was “faith, trust ... and a little bit of Pixie Dust!” - we had a excellent servers at our dining reservations: Ken at Cinderella’s Table and Michael at Be Our Guest were PHENOMENAL! Monday - Had so much fun in Hollywood Studios! We joined the Resistance! Smuggled cargo on the Millennium Falcon as an engineer (2 times!! - but can we get Chewy as our pilot please?!?! Cant handle these Amateurs!!!) Made a droid! Decoded, hacked, encrypted, and transmitted delicate intel and fought the First Order from within! IGNITE THE SPARK! Took a Runaway Train and went on vacation with Mickey and Minnie! Target practice with Toys! Sunday - Time to tour the world! Accomplished our space mission and landed on Mars! (Well sort of and I’m still not too sure about drinking the water)! Explored the seas with Nemo and friends - Righteous!! Released our 🎶 Imaaaa-ginaaaaation 🎶 Learned how to Live with the Land, soared over our favorite sights around the world, took some time to smell the roses (and all the other singing flowers), took a trip through Space and Time, ate delectable treats from all over the world! In the past, it has been an honor to serve my home church as the Senior Pastor’s Executive Assistant for three years, assist the youth committee, Sunday school department and other departments in the growth of God’s Kingdom. In 2014, I was accepted as an Associate in Missions to serve with Pastor and Sis Cooney in Belfast, Northern Ireland for two AIM terms equaling 15 months. I continually learn and experience new depths walking with Christ while assisting the missionaries participating in God's expanding Kingdom, witnessing, teaching, planting churches, reaching the lost and opening doors. There is nothing like witnessing the new birth and passion of a soul who has finally found the hope they seek. The Lord willing, I am so excited to be returning to Ireland in 2021 and can’t wait to see what all God has in store!
