~ Ginger-Peach Smoothie ~

What you need:
~ 120ml unsweetened almond milk or rice drink
~ 235g sliced peaches
~ ¼ tsp ground ginger
~ 1-2 leaves mint (optional)
~ A few ice cubes
~ A little honey (if needed)
~ Super Oatmeal Smoothie ~
125 calories | 3g Protein | 3g Fat | 24g Carbs
What you need:
~ ½ banana
~ 1 ½ tbsp oats
~ ½ tsp cinnamon
~ 120ml water
~ ½ chopped squash (like zucchini)
~ ½ tbsp pumpkin seeds
~ A bit of ice
~ Honey if needed
~ Spicy Banana Smoothie ~

What you need:
~ 120ml vanilla-flavoured almond milk
~ 60ml orange juice
~ Juice from a lemon and a lime
~ ½ tbsp honey
~ A handful ice
~ Energy-Booster Smoothie~
143 calories | 4g Protein | 2g Fat | 30g Carbs
What you need:
~ ½ peeled and chopped orange
~ ½ peeled and choped lemon
~ 2 spinach leaves
~ 1 peeled, grated carrot
~ 180ml almond milk
~ ½ chopped peach
Tip: you can change, mix and match smoothies to your liking! There is no rule except that it should be tasty!

it seriously works.
TRIGGERING !!!!
this is just a personal rant. i know not everyone feels the same. do not read this if you’re trying to recover from an ed.
i’m on my fourth day of not eating and i just want to say it literally works just not eating. i had a smoothie the other day because i felt like i was going to faint, and i genuinely feel lighter. anytime i’m hungry i chug water and i sleep. i’m 125 lbs right now and i started out at 132 a WEEK ago. (i gained weight after taking a break.) i feel more frail, and beautiful. it’s so easy once you realize it’s so easy to just not eat. just don’t go in the kitchen, don’t look at food, realize it’s not going to help you in anyway. it will just make me a fat cow. no one wants a fat cow. the other day my grandmother tried to force me to eat steak and i let my tongue touch it and it literally felt like it burned for some reason? like it was just way too much? so odd. i’ve started to like the feeling of almost passing out and my body being weak. i feel so proud when my stomach growls extremely loud. i can already feel my collar bones sticking out more. my ribs poking against my skin. i will be skinny.

me: i don’t have an ED it’s all in my head!!! i’m just on a diet!!!!
me: weighs myself every day, most of the time more than once
me: cries bc i ate more than 100 cals at once
me: literally dreams about food
me: chugs water to pretend cravings don’t exist
me: shakes when goes to restaurants
me: hope i get a stomach bug so i can lose some easy weight
me: is terrified of ice cream
me: it’s zero cals so it’s REALLY like 400
me: cries bc i gained half a pound
me: cold
me: if i sleep until 3pm i can skip breakfast and lunch without hunger pains
me: all of my safari tabs are “how many cals in…”
me: *stomach growls* starve fat bitch
me: i ate something that’s healthy but tastes unhealthy so that means it’s unhealthy so i gotta fast
me: goes out to eat with friends, orders a diet coke and nothing else, weird looks from waiter
me: doesn’t open the fridge for two days
me: i don’t care how many chemicals are in it, it’s zero cals
me: if i roll around until i fall asleep i can burn a few calories before bed
me: diet coke diet coke diet coke diet co
me: literally gets a high off of the numbers on the scale going down or people commenting on my weight loss
me: i’ll be pretty when i’m skinny bc i cant be pretty when i’m fat obviously
me: doesn’t leave the house if i gained weight
me: ice? don’t you mean,,,a meal?
also me: yes a diet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
