My mother finally agreed to letting me upload just her! She was a wonderful Heavy, would not stop quoting him and got ridiculously excited when she spotted any other TF2 Cosplayers.

I leave her alone for like an hour and come back and she’s already made friends with some BLU scout she saw at the food court!

Hope to take her out again in this, she seemed to have a blast!

Me when I rewatch SUF 🤭

I figured I’d post my process pages too

Tracing screenshots is essential lmao. I find it helpful in order to memorize the essential shapes and proportions of a character, then I can merge it into my style. Although personally I’m a sucker for “canon” style fanart. It’s just hard for me.

Also… does anyone have fanfic recs. It’s been a while since I was in the SU fandom.

Something summery before august ends

Episode 6 was peak, I loved it so much <3

The writing was so good man, the interactions were super interesting and I absolutely love analysing the characters. Jax was especially intriguing, he’s an asshole characters with depth done right, I won’t not be able to fit all my thoughts about just him into this post. The next 3 episodes are gonna be wild, I do remember Gooseworxs saying episode 5 was the calm before the storm, so, I’m excited for that :D

Placing bets right now that Jax gets abstracted. Could be wrong but it’d be super interesting and it does seem as if the story is going that way.

Either that or he grabs onto an olive branch and (not necessarily redeem himself) in the end, he starts the path to redemption. It would be nice to see him learn to stop loathing himself so he can begin to be vulnerable and eventually become a better person.

Then again, I’d also love the tragedy of Jax missing his chance to change and eventually abstracting.

I suppose it’s a matter if there’ll be a happy ending or not, or a bitter sweet ending. I mean, TADC takes heavy inspiration from I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream so, a tragic ending is entirely possible.

I don’t know, but I’m super curious and excited to see what happens next.

Placing The Blame by Self is the song I now associate with Jax the most. I had such a blast making this piece while listening to the song on repeat.

It pays to be an artist because I would've NOT had the money for tickets to the musical if I didn't do last-minute commissions, thanks to my friend who so ever kindly commissioned me <333

I tried out a vibrant outline for this one, makes a nice contrast and takes away focus from the fact that the line art is the sketch. Makes it look more finished than it actually is, since I couldn’t always complete a piece.

Oliver was the first character I attacked, I thought Oliver was perfect to try out a lineless art style I wanted to do for awhile. I was super into the Steven Universe games at the time and absolutely adored the style in those games and wanted to do something similar :]

Slowly but surely posting all my art fight attacks at once, maybe condensing them into 1 post would be easier but I’ve already started posting them separately.

Anyway, STEVEN UNIVERSE! I wanted to draw Blue lace for ages and art fight was a perfect excuse. I imagine this would take place not too long after the diamonds authority is abolished, so probably sometime after SU: Unleash The Light.

The background was super difficult but fun as hell to draw :D
