honestly i just keep reminding myself how awful i'll feel if i give in to cravings or temptations. like if i tell myself "i AM going to walk 60 minutes on the treadmill today" and i rlly make up my mind abt it, i just push through to do it even if im tired because i know how much it'll wreck me mentally if i don't, if that makes any sense </3
also, when it comes a lot of things that require a lot of motivation, i just try to have a very stubborn attitude abt it. kinda like the treadmill thing, i just kinda make up my mind that im not gonna eat this thing or im not just gonna lay around all day and im so stubborn that even if i don't feel motivated im still gonna do it cuz i said i would. also, sometimes ill post wieiad or workout stuff before i do it, so i would rlly feel bad if i didn't do it. kinda like accountability yk?
