recap
i was unable to workout because it was a really busy work day for me. i did a 8 hour & 40 mins fast to hopefully wear off some of the fat i already accumulated. i didn’t lose anything because i had a bit too much to eat from july 4th. next week will be a much more successful week! i am speaking it into existence 💕
i need to start on my other goals such as meditating, and waking up earlier so that i make the most of this beautiful month.
