I’m always this tense.” The last of the supplies placed on her cart, Ren let out a hiss when the three soldiers accidentally jostled it when putting it down. “Careful!” She cried out in irritation. “I don’t need you guys damaging my things!” Not to mention potentially setting it off. Commander Eyebrows wanted this to kept from the newest recruits and several others that weren’t privy to the information.

“Go and make sure that your horse is ready, Jean. We’re heading to Karanes within the half-hour.” She reached out and tugged on his sleeve. “This is your first expedition, so no screwing up. After all--” The corner of her mouth turned up in a smirk. “I wouldn’t want my teachings to go to waste inside some titan’s stomach.”

HC 03: 3DMG Usage

Ren can still use the 3DMG, but because of the damage done to her legs, she can only use it for simple things like going up high on a tree/wall so that she can avoid being eaten. Also she can’t use it for long as the stress of using the gear can put a lot of strain on her legs and braces.
