I will say this, it was real odd to see Trixie from Deadwood as a defense attorney.

So I’ve been catching up on old SVU eps (I stopped watching regularly when Liv was dating Tucker.) why does Caruso call Liv Lou?

Carisi is actually calling Liv Lieu, as in an abbreviated form of Lieutenant. I've noticed the captions are not at all consistent with how they spell it but that's what's going on there lol

Back again with depression inertia messiness chronicles and covid vaccine reaction blahs. Yay sore/swollen lymph nodes. 🙄Apartment is a disaster, I have plants to take care of, etc.

So uneff your weekend it is. 20/10s got the win. I think.

8:00-8:30am - unload dishwasher collect all trash in kitchen, make breakfast.

Ate/ chilled with my coffee

9:08-9:28am- sorted laundry, collected dishes and started dishwasher

Mom called plus kitty cuddle interruption

9:55-10:15 reloaded bird feeder, watered outdoor and indoor plants, took out the trash.

10:40-11:00 folded and put away laundry, started a load of towels.

Kitty #2 cuddle interruption and Nap

11:55-12:20 swap loads of laundry, more folding and putting away, setting aside winter close to swap with summer clothes from attic.

Cooked lunch, ate, chilled.

3:03-3:23 emptied and reloaded dishwasher, folded clothes from dryer, put away, switched loads.

Cat fell asleep in my lap,

4:15-4:35 pulled summer clothes out of attic, started a new load of laundry, hung up clothes to dry.

Is it period depression, pandemic depression, or my family is insane depression? I can’t tell anymore, but I really don’t want to do any of the things.

UFYH kind of day. Pandemic malaise/depression is no fun. Mom visited for a week and a half, then for the last two weeks I’ve been on my own again and kind of down. So this Valentine’s Day weekend, I’m going to do some self care/ self love work around the house. With luck accomplishing several tasks will lift some of the fog.

25 mins - collected random trash, emptied and refilled dishwasher

20 mins - took out trash, cleaned litter box, sorted laundry, started load of laundry, emptied laundry room lent trash.

20ish min - hung laundry to dry, started clean cycle for washing machine, made lunch

25 mins - cleaned bathtub, started shower curtain soak, scrubbed toilet, started load of laundry.

10 mins - put shower curtain in to wash, took out trash, rinsed tub

20 mins - rehung shower curtain, start load of towels, empty and refill dishwasher.

20 mins - cleaned French press, folded and put away laundry and moved stuff from washer to dryer.

Made dinner

So there is something like 45 days to the end of the year, and I want to reset.

The plan is to go for at least a 30 minute walk for 35 of those 45 days, do 2 20/10s at the house every weekday, and add more fruits and veggies to my diet.

So far today, I have sorted and done laundry and unloaded/reloaded the dishwasher. I’d like to get the kitchen sorted today and do some food prep for the week this afternoon. Roast some sweet potatoes, make some brown rice and black beans, and maybe make some of those salad jar things.

Anyway, I’m back and working on stuff still! Onward!

Oh no! If they are out in the daytime it probably means this cute one has dementia. 😢😢😢 Possums only have an average life expectancy of 2-4 years because so many of them get dementia.
