Sometimes we have to put the negativity aside and just jump into the unknown. How we tackle the challenge is what matters. Yesterday I participated in a military style obstacle course challenge, True Grit. All I kept thinking was how it was going to be hard and I how i had failed at some of the obstacles that were being presented to us. I was training hard before this but still doubted myself. When I got there I decided to just attempt whatever is presented to me. And you know what? I exceeded my expectations. I tackled those obstacles and won. Don't let negativity win.
