me, after my latest therapy session: that actually went well! i feel like i might’ve made some progress!! it’s going to be okay!
my brain, my body, my bad coping mechanisms and my chronic procrastination:
#therapy is a bit weird because it's really quite nice and even enjoyable at times#but it's also a long and slow and painful and complicated thing#and i've only just started to realise that 'getting better' isn't actually really a thing#and i can finish a session and feel like a made progress#while still having some things that i'm struggling with
