My Chemical Romance

So, if you haven’t heard, MCR broke up. This is my opinion about it:

There’s nothing we as the MCRarmy can do about it other than hope for them to get back together. We can’t petition the break-up, can’t riot their studio, can’t refuse to eat, or sleep, or live our lives normally until they’re back together. We can hope for them to get back together, we can listen to their music, we can remember the good times.

Yes, of course, I’m heartbroken because of the split, who wouldn’t be? They are one of the few bands I love and practically worship because they’re not afraid to be themselves, make the music they want to make, and, obviously, because they make AMAZING music. But I’ve decided, I’m not going to sit around praying that they’ll get back together and crying and pitying myself. I’ll sit around listen to their music, watch some music videos, but most of all, remember the good times. So please, I beg you, don’t go kill yourself because the band that saved your life broke up. It’s not like the history, and memories, and music of MCR is going to just disappear. It will still be their to love and enjoy. So please, STAY STRONG.

My Chemical Romance is done. But it can never die. It is alive in me, in the guys, and it is alive inside all of you. I always knew that, and I think you did too.
