So like- I played Dandy’s all morning solely to get Blot so uhhh some circus trio doodles as a treat! Mostly Yatta and Looey thinking they accidentally murked their friend’s baby. (Don’t worry- Its just a Decoy and I think Blot knows and is just being silly about a mini-him.)

Flyte With A Reader Who Is Very Reckless Before They Turn Into A Twisted!

Flyte food, incoming! This was an interesting one, hope I did it well! I've been a bit out of it haha (no idea why I couldn't write for a while-), here you go, dear! Thank you for requesting! <3

-Anna

-You didn't really took the whole ichor operation very well and it was obvious. Not only Gardenview had closed down and it all felt quite.. silent, everything except for the remaining toons that lived here but it felt weird not having any staff around, not even the owners were here. You didn't even hear the swarm of kids running to visit their favorite toons, even! Everything felt wrong yet so familiar at the same time. It didn't take long for toons to slowly start disappearing or them having to witness their friends become these.. different beings, that acted so aggressively.

-Flyte tried his best to help out as much as he could. He mostly stayed near you and listened to you talk about your feelings, a lot which he could relate to. He saw you feeling low and offered various little things, maybe even decorating a page on his scrapbook together or pressing flowers? He was up for anything that could help distract you. You found yourself often in his embrace, even if you still felt the same anyway in the end. You felt as his wings tried to stroke your head or talk about things with you together like this, the world around you two did feel kinda slow during these times.

-He really got worried for you. You felt bitter about the whole thing and it was clear that it hit you hard cuz well, didn't the staff and the owners basically abandon this place? It made you angry, especially when you looked at how the others felt. It was like their emotions affected you well, you saw how worried they felt or even scared and uncertain and you wished you could do something for them but no, there wasn't anything that could be done. Flyte's words did calm you down from time to time though and especially when he held you close, making things feel normal for at least a little bit.

-Thinking of methods or anything else he could to help calm you down didn't really help too. He tried maybe with cuddles or to talk to him on what's on your mind, even taking a walk together but it was.. quite obvious that things just didn't feel the same in this place. You two watched as toons often discussed with each other about what was going to happen and planning on looking for those that got lost, being worried for them. It wasn't long before they asked for your help and Flyte's as well, wanting to play it fully safe and not feel alone now that there was barely any electricity down these floors, having to use ichor for things to function in this place.

-But one day when you got injured by a twisted was when it really got to him. It was also like you didn't listen, desperate to grab a precious medkit to give to your team, not really caring what happens to you. You really wanted to snatch it even though a twisted was near it, like it was guarding it. You managed to swoop in and grab it before throwing it towards Flyte's direction with a yell to catch it, which he managed to do successfully. His eyes stayed on you as he kept calling out to you to come back to the elevator, as the timer was starting to run out, but you just told him to hurry and go in as you were busy fighting the darn twisted by yourself, no wonder Flyte was panicking so much.

-Before he could even process it, he got yanked Into the elevator before he could try jumping in to grab you, he was about to head out before someone held him back, saying it's too late. Flyte was about to say something the moment the door closed before they revealed to him that your eyes had started to go pink, making Flyte froze immediately. He just gave the medkit away as he felt his legs starting to shake and himself taking deep breaths, trying his best to calm down but failing miserably. He didn't even say a word afterwards, sticking to his own little corner as his chest hurt and felt heavy. The ride back to the lobby was dead silent, no one dared to speak. How come he didn't realize your eyes? Did it happen suddenly?

-Back at the room he stayed at, Flyte felt it hit too well. Especially when just looking at your things or even the thought of you was enough to make him shakily exhale. He hugged himself with his wings as he took deep breaths, he never thought today's investigation and hunting for resources ended up like that. The more he thought about it, it made more sense why you were acting like that, so recklessly even when injured, more differently. The symptoms must have started even before it showed in your eyes. Flyte thinks about your last moments a lot, you still wanted your teammates to have something so important, even if you were slowly going twisted.

-When he saw you again, you were.. not the same anymore. He watched as your eyes were red now as you wandered around with low growls. The parts where you got injured was covered in ichor, your movements felt more stiff, more tense, you turned angrily at every small noise you heard before rushing towards there, not even caring that you flinched in pain from moving too quickly. It really broke Flyte. The fact he couldn't really do anything about it hurt him too well, especially when he realized it was going to happen eventually, even if you got to the elevator in time before. He really wished things didn't end like this.. who would even be next to turn into a twisted? He couldn't stand losing his sister, friends and now you? His precious one?? He genuinely didn't know what to do anymore.

-The strangest thing was while you did chase others, you never went towards him at all. All you did was give a glance before going back to your own thing. Even if all Flyte did was froze and seemed like a free kill, you never went for him. You could appear out of nowhere and startle him but you just.. didn't care? The moment your eyes landed on someone else, it was when you started to book it, chasing them down. It felt like a dream to Flyte, just a bad dream. But when he saw you chase his friends was when he tried using his wings to throw some gust on you, hoping to limit your movements without hurting you.

-He tries so hard to understand but at least you aren't attacking him? He tries to get between you and the other toons and watches how you physically cannot raise your hand to harm him, you shivered as you growled at him. It gave enough time to the other toon to run away from there and for Flyte to try and talk to you, but it was pointless, as you just tilted your head at him in confusion. Despite that, he still does try to get to you, it has to mean something if you don't attack him, like you know he is your lover. He doesn't give up and he even goes out of his way to look for you alone, trying to at least just.. spend time with you like that, even bringing you things that comfort you. Flyte is not going anywhere.
