Accept Failures
Accepting failures is an act of self-awareness. The modern society creates this connotation that uses the concept of failure as something inherently unwanted and bad. Well, obviously no one wants to fail and make mistakes, but that is just not ideally possible. No matter which level you're in you're bound to make blunders, one way or another. While the act is not really something to be desired upon, failures represents the effort you put into something. This effort leads to a progress that can only be created through failure.
“I’ve not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that don’t work.”
                                          - -Thomas Edison
This negative image of failures actually does more harm than good. This is primarily the biggest factor that causes people to surrender or give up when in the middle of adversity. They tend to think that failing reflects you're insufficiency to achieve and surpass challenges, when in fact, failing just means you do not have sufficient skill or understanding yet.
Both of the mentioned instances is somehow identical but, there is actually a big difference. This slight context, while minimal, is a huge factor that will determine your capability to actually improve and grow as an individual.
The negative connotation puts insufficiency as some sort of signal to surrender and give up; while the latter one, uses insufficiency and failures as a signal that signify the need to improve and correct those mistakes and failure.
Being not good enough should be use as a motivation to be good enough
