Has any of you experienced your little one asking for a loaf of bread and standing there sadly, staring at their empty hands? Or your infant crying with hunger and you can't bring a single drop of milk to calm them down? Has any of you tasted the bitterness of standing in long lines just for a meal that barely keeps them alive? Has any of you experienced the feeling of living on one meal a day, divided among family members as if it were a precious treasure? This is our reality and our situation today. It has become a familiar scene to us, but it is met with cold international and global silence. How long, how long will we be left to face hunger and death alone? Wake up, dignity is being slaughtered here every day, and our hearts bleed in silence. How long will we remain afraid, displaced, hungry, besieged, and killed every day? How long? If hearts were made of stone, stones would crumble from the intensity of the pain and abandonment we are suffering. We hope that those with humanity and mercy in their hearts will support me and my family until we find something to eat and get out of here alive
Well all I ask is that you donate if you can and I really need this donation I need it badly don’t read and leave share also maybe someone will see it who can donate please sympathize with us and stand by us with your donation you are providing me with a lot and a lot of help please donate

Flour is extremely important to the people of Gaza. Sami asked me to share his GoFundMe campaign so he and his family could buy flour and survive, as it is very expensive. Can you help by participating or donating?
This is the link to their gofundme! This is proof they've been vetted, #21!

Help an autistic trans woman move out of Texas
Hey guys, so I feel weird making one of these, but my dad gave me the okay, so I’m doing so.

The above picture is of my sister, Raven, at her swearing in ceremony when she became a citizen, something she is very proud of and worked very hard towards. Raven is autistic, trans, and an immigrant. Unfortunately, since the election, Raven has been assaulted on two separate occasions, purely based on her appearance and what body parts bigoted people think she may have. They have called her horrible things and threatened her with even worse physical violence than they actually did. My dad is hoping to move from Texas to California, where she will be safer and much less likely to be attacked again. This move will cost a lot of money that sadly went to my dad’s cancer treatment a few years ago, as well as a more recent hospital stay. If you are in a position to help, please consider donating here to get my sister to a safer place.

actually, you know what, as a fan of transgressive art, tabletop rpgs as an artistic medium, and transgressive tabletop rpgs, I'm gonna say this up front: DrivethruRPG's willingness to host basically anything legal - no matter how graphic, tasteless or bizarre - is a good thing, and should be celebrated.

📢Very urgent.!
🚨 We Need Your Kindness to Survive
My name is Inas Imad, from Gaza, and I am 30 year old wife and first time expecting mother living in the most unimaginable and dire circumstances for over a year now. Three years ago I married my best friend and have struggled trying to start a family. Even after this war began, my husband and I did not lose hope in starting our family and we continued in determination to live and to bring new life into this world. I am now currently pregnant with our first child, however due to the consequences of this war, I am faced with a high risk, dangerous pregnancy according to the doctor and I am very afraid that if I do not get get adequate nutrition, the medications, and supplies that I need, I will lose my child. The doctor has ordered medication to be given by injection throughout my pregnancy to help me carry my baby to term, however I do not have the money to purchase the medication and syringes needed, nor do we have the money to purchase adequate nutrition. Life here in Gaza is very difficult and we become more hopeless by the day. My husband and I had just started to build our lives together. We had a nice home where we had planned to start our family, and now we are subjected to living in a tent where there is no bathroom and we spend our nights just trying to get warm. It has been difficult being pregnant and not having a bathroom or even a bed to sleep on, but I want my child more than anything. The only hope we have left is in our baby and I am asking you to stand with us. Please, help us in any way you can to save our child. We feel very alone and abandoned, but we are determined to live and we want to see our child be one of the miracles that comes out of Gaza. Any amount you can donate, no matter how small, means the world to us. We will never forget you standing with us. Please, help me to evacuate from Gaza so that I can see my dream of being a mother and bringing my beautiful baby into this world to make it a better place and helping my husband and I be able to watch our child grow up. We will be forever grateful to you.
Please you are hope for me!
Don't make me lose hope.!
He is my first child.!😭😭😭

the met gala is tonight, and i know a lot of us are excited for it. and why not, it's a fun event! but while we're here, please spare some thought for the people of palestine as well. they don't have a platform nearly as big as the met gala does, but they need it more desperately and they need it urgently.
i don't know if any celebrity at the gala is going to mention palestine or speak out for them. but we don't need to wait for a celebrity to show support or tell us what to do. we have power too. every single one of us here has a voice, and the power to uplift others using that voice. we don't need one person to donate thousands. but even if a hundred people donated $5 each that's $500 put towards helping a family survive. and that means more to gazans than i can say.
if you can afford it, please donate to anyone from @gazavetters's spreadsheet (here). if you're uncertain or cannot choose, then please consider:
my friend ibrahim @aburakhiaibrahim (vet | paypal | gfm)
the isnad foundation @isnaddfoundation which provides gazan students with a safe space to study and continue their education (vet | chuffed)
my friend mahmoud @ma7moudgaza2 who is the founder of isnad (paypal | gfm)
if you cannot donate, please reblog so that the post can reach someone who can. thank you.

another funny thing about having been forced to spend so much time with men growing up while clearly not being one of them: there is a special tone of incredulous panic that men reserve for when someone they feel should be on their side in the everyday politics of gender is failing to hold the line and giving the game away. it gets to be familiar. "no no no cmon man you'll ruin it!!"
i'm reminded of this this morning as a beloved transmasc mutual of mine is getting eaten alive in their notes by fellow transmascs for daring to put their epistemic weight behind the idea that trans men experience male privilege. the intensity and especially the tone is not one of people having a principled disagreement, it's the same old familiar tone that anyone who's ever failed to play along with the joke in the boys' locker room has heard before -- people who benefit from patriarchy furious that "one of their own" would dare break kayfabe and give credence to feminist thought

every time someone angrily claims that TME/TMA is “about genitals”..
tell me your sole mental association with trans women is “penis” without telling me

Stop what you're doing and listen for five minutes.
This is five minutes from Nader's life. Sit with him. Hold this with him.
He is a teenager. He has been tirelessly working to raise funds, in the midst of genocide, for his family's survival.
In his original fundraiser, he had raised 95% of the funds, and then this past December GoFundMe disabled his fundraiser for no reason and with no warning, meaning he had to start all over again. He's just now gotten back to 50% with his new fundraiser. Still a ways to go, but making progress with every donation.
Please offer him hope in the form of donations (gazavetters #4) and kind messages ( @abdalsalam2000 ).
