Final reflection
Although CAS was a lengthy process and sometimes the writing of the posts was a bit tedious, it allowed me to document and realize how much I am doing in terms of the three strands of the course. I was able to document and reflect on my action part which consisted of rugby and now I am able to look back and see how much I have improved compared to the beginning of the project. The service strand encouraged me to get more in volved with the community, it was a way of giving back to those around me and allowed me to interact with members of my community. It was quite enjoyable as well and allowed me to work on myself as well as my skills. Finally the creativity part inspired me to take up baking and cooking which resulted in more experience around the kitchen and led to many quite delicious meals. It was a fun break from regular school work and at times gave me something to look forward to. The CAS project also allowed me to do something I enjoy while exploring areas I was not familiar with. It allowed me to access knowledge that I thought was above me and in general proved to be a quite enjoyable experience. All in all the CAS course was a source of inspiration as well as reflection and being able to look back on all that I accomplished through the last 18 months is impressive as well as satisfying.

CAS service - training the younger generations
Thanks to my trainer I was able to conduct a rugby triaing fo rthe younger members of my team. It was a great opportunity to practice what I remember from the theory as well as teach me better control over how I give instructions.

CAS creativity - Chai
I once again attempted to make chai, the last time it did not turn out great and was almost undrinkable but this time I was able to follow the instructions correctly and it turned out much better. It stil isin't as good as the one in India but I will keep on working on it in the future.

CAS Creaativity - Chai
When I returned form India I got a gift of a chai along with instruction on how to make it. It was laying in my kitchen for some time but I think this is the perfect moment to do it. This proved to be a chalange and didn't turn out quite well but It was quite enjoyable and I think I know what I did wrong for next time.

CAS Project final reflection
This ca sproject allowed me to colaborate with my freind and explore a subject I didn't pay much attention; video making. all while providing a service to the community through guidence and help for younger generations. The whole project was enjoyable to make and tought me many skills that could prove to be useful in the future. I think this is a project I would consider continuing after I finish the programme to give better insight, something I would have deffiently appreciated when I started.

Before recording our second episode, we planned the content to ensure it would be engaging and helpful for IB students. We brainstormed key topics, such as study tips, stress management, and personal experiences from our first year in the program. Additionally, we outlined what we want to talk about to maintain a smooth flow while keeping the conversation natural. We also checked our recording equipment.

CAS project - reflection
Creating this podcast challenged us in diffrent ways, like learning technical skills like audio editing and improving our communication skills. One of the biggest lessons we learned was the importance of adaptability and change. Despite the fact that we had a detailed plan, we had to make changes along the way to arraive at our desired outcome. The process taught us to stay on task, as we had to record the whole thing over and over again while learning new software. We learned to stay focused despite setbacks.
