Checkpoint (1/23/24): Age: 23. I've had quite the ride in the past few years. I'm writing this down over a year from my last save point. I've hit 4 years clean from self harm and I'm just a day away from reaching the 2 year anniversary with my girlfriend.

Since last time, I've realized that I'm definitely trans and started going by the name River. I really enjoy it. Annika, my girlfriend, and I are looking forward to moving in together this year and then I can finally start living my life the way I want to, as my true authentic self. I'm excited to spend life with her.

I still miss my mom. I haven't visited the spot we spread her ashes yet... I should. It would help me feel better and maybe help me cope a bit because I still miss her just as much as the day I lost her back in 2009. That's all. I think I'll save again when I actually move in with Annika, like I said I would last time, but it's been a while.

Checkpoint 9/25/22: Age: 22. I've had quite the ride. Hit three years clean from self harm, lost a girlfriend, and gained a new girlfriend and we've been together 8 months now. I've also been questioning my gender and everything is so damn confusing but I'm taking it one step at a time. My girlfriend is supporting me the whole way through.

Annika, my girlfriend, makes me so damn happy. I think I'll save my progress when we move in together one day.

I miss my mom.. a lot. I wish she could've lived to meet my girlfriend and see me through my transition. I lost her in 2009. I know she would be so damn proud of the woman I'm becoming.

hold on a fucking second. delaware is a state?? i thought it was a river? or is the river more important than the state? why don't i know this? (i should mention i don't like in america, i'm just confused)

there is delaware (state) and delaware (river) 

both are equally strange

the state is a tiny little cryptid thing

the rive is a monster that spans new york, pennsylvania, new jersey and delaware. also washington crossed it once and that was like kinda a big deal i guess. like crossing the rubicon in rome.

the state tries to me more important with its “im the first state!!!” bs (seriously its even on the fucking license plates) but we all know. its the river.
