All of his anger towards him makes so much sense, him wanting kevin dead makes sense.

But also fuck he rly does love him. Not even past tense, through all the complicated negative emotions he still loves that stupid asshole and he's so so ashamed of it and kevin doesn't even notice anything of it. Doesn't notice, doesn't get it, doesn't even seem to consider it a possibility

Jean has so much love in him but he's constantly being denied the option to actually give it to someone by circumstances (renee), other people (kevin), or himself (jeremy) and it breaks my fucking heart
