While I'm happy that Donkey Kong finally gets a new 3d game... I think I'm beginning to accept that King K. Rool and the Kremlings won't be allowed in the games...

I honestly don't know anymore. Maybe Nintendo truly hates the Kremlings.

I always wanted to try to make my own fan game starring the Kremlings, but I have no experience with doing so.

Maybe I picked the wrong time after Smash Ultimate to hold up my hopes. I simply don't know.

Sonic the hedgehog is about a blue anthropomorphic hedgehog who loves adventure, nature and being free to do whatever, fighting a Bald man named Eggman who wants to strip the world from any freedom to turn it into his robotic hellish landscape in which everything is about him

Also there’s shadow the hedgehog who’s adventures are:

•fighting space Satan who’s also his dad (his name is literally Black/Devil doom) his other dad is Eggman’s grandfather (making him Eggman’s uncle)

•Fighting against trauma of seeing his family and everyone he knew (including his little sister/cousin) being executed by firing squads by the government to cover their failed experiments

•fighting Mephistopheles the Dark time god the hedgehog (not a joke)

•becoming friends with Hot bat lady and a literal mass murder machine who thinks about nothing but destruction, chaos and violence but he targets it at Eggman so he’s friend

•Stopping Eggman’s grandfather from wiping out the human race through the brainwashed salamander prototype/brother of shadow to make their Death Star rip off blow up the earth (in the movies is worse since he’s alive and tries to “take all life down with him” because he really misses his granddaughter)

And reviving all that trauma over and over again… Sonic is the main character, shadow is the protagonist

Also he grows wings, they’re called DOOM WINGS

Not sure if this is helping me or furthering my confusion... although Satan being there made me think that Shadow could as well then be dlc character in Shin Megami Tensei like Dante fromDmC(tm)

Also the government doing evil things even in Sonic games damn... atleast he gets to be friends with the hot lady that's something?

Also also isn't eggman old man? He has a moustache, how is his grandfather still alive? Or is it timetravelling going on? Or is he robotic grandfather?

1-they recently made a crossover with Persona, Minecraft, the yakuza guy, SpongeBob, Hatsune Miku and more

2-Eggman is around his… 40? 60? Not very sure but he wasn’t even born yet when his grandfather (he’s the grandfather, the movies just said “pops” as a joke and make clear he’s the grandpa) was executed by firing squad. In the movies he’s kept around by the government to make weapons and is implied he discovered how to stop aging while in the games he’s dead long before the first game and is never a antagonist while alive (that’s what the biolizard is for) but he indeed meets shadow through time travel by accident, although it was before he went insane and the goverment betrayed him.

In the games Eggman never gets to meet his grandfather or cousin, just dreaming about meeting the former and being ignored while everyone mourns the later
