No, i'm afraid you're in the wrong here.

The fact you completely misunderstood his intentions is crazy, Sol resisted himself is just so he could win YOUR TRUST, to FOOL YOU (and plus, he was in public, what makes you think he'd risk that?). The fact you easily took it shows how good his manipulation tactics is, as Fantasia has said, you guys easily got fooled by him

just because you came across other yanderes that respect boundaries doesn't mean you gotta automatically believe this one would, every yandere is different from how you see it or create it.
