reasons you need to watch Dark Matter (light spoilers ahead)

i just finished this show and im absolutely crushed it won’t be coming back for a fourth season. it’s by no means like a cinematic masterpiece but it’s funny, cute, intense, goofy, action-packed, and you just can’t help but love the characters.

like look at two. how are you not already in love with her. she’s like hands down the most badass person on the ship and really just radiates confidence and skill

also did i mention she’s the captain of the ship and a robot (kind of) and bisexual? honestly. a goddess.

then there’s five who is the adorable lil tech-savvy stowaway who does all the cool techy shit but is also just the bravest snarky teenager. how can you not root for the underestimated tech kid who wears colorful clothing and sneaks through vents??

LOOK AT THAT LIL MISCHIEVOUS EXPRESSION RIGHT BEFORE SHE BOUT TO FUCK SHIT UP

okay and don’t forget the android who starts off totally emotionless, like an android, but slowly starts to develop emotions and feelings and whatnot. you’re definitely gonna be rooting for her

like how can you not feel for the android who everyone wants to “fix” by getting rid of her emotions??? she’s adorable and tries so hard to learn emotions and how to have friends and my heart can’t handle it

there’s a lot more to this show but honestly these three characters are all you need to know. you’ll be rooting for them the whole time and they’re badass and funny and great.

the men on the show are pretty much all awful but what did you expect lol. lots of solid female characters though which is always refreshing to see, and honestly hard to come by.

ANYWAY GO WATCH DARK MATTER IT’S ON NETFLIX, THERE ARE THREE SEASONS, AND YES IT’S CANCELLED AFTER THAT IM SORRY I WISH THERE WERE MORE SEASONS
