And we do wonder where he learned to be as such!" -> They joked, jabbing one of their claws against the other deity's side.

-> Darkheart looked away for a moment, staring off into the distance before a low hiss escaped their throat, dragging one of their claws over the length of their rod. "That boy is... Resilient, isn't he? Just like his father..." -> They lean forward, forked tongue flickering outwards for a brief moment. "He's been on many of those little adventures of his... And yet this seems to be the first time he's been seriously injured... We do not see a reason to worry too much, Venni... The boy knows when he's at his limits, you taught him that..."

-> The deity of darkness paused and turned their head slowly, hidden eyes scanning their brother's face. "What do you mean...?" -> Oh... There's a chance Darkheart doesn't know what's going on. No one ever really bothered to tell them things.

"We could be better, yes, but we shall live like we always do.... Khehehe...." -> They grin, their sharp green teeth on full display as they hunch a little, watching the waters below. "So tense... Can you ever relax, Venni dear?"

And besides, why would we lie to you...?" -> They stick the bait onto their hook before casting their line into the bright blue waters below, grinning widely. "Just relax... Sometimes having a simple mind is much more... Pleasant..."

"It's not that hard, Venni dearest..." -> They take off their hat and shove their arm inside of it, rummaging around before pulling out two fishing rods, holding one out to their brother. "Very simple..." -> They pull out a box of bait as well, setting it between the two of them before popping it open. "Take some bait, put it onto the hook and cast your line into the water... Once you feel a tug on the line, try to reel it in..."

"Party pooper." -> They giggled as they floated over to one of the bridges, the one that attached Crossroads to Thieves' Den. They floated towards the ledge of the bridge, finally settling themselves down. "Come sit, brother."

"We'll be off then..." -> The deity hissed softly under their breath before floating forward, simply expecting their older brother to follow after them. Darkheart's always been impatient, unwilling to wait. -> Crossroads, like always, was busy with life. Infernals going about their day, various businesses up and running and a couple of cars trotting along, one of those cars being Zuka's truck, seems like the former soldier was taking some infernals to a phight "So noisy... We like it here, hehe..."

-> The deity of darkness merely nodded and floated off to wait somewhere outside without another word. Damn, it was so fucking creepy to not see Darkheart smiling or being their usual self. -> Something was probably wrong, but like hell Darkheart was going to WILLINGLY admit such a thing.
