erm the deep lore is connected to the character i ship her with so uh.. tldr, mother issues, two people who felt alone in this world find each other and get ripped away from one another.... they litearlly meet... when shes a deer. so like ... yeah they were friends for a really long time. and the fact shes still kicking it? shes just determined to make things right one day. and she does ^_^

her crush crush lore is mostly stupid goofy shit like in the original game. but her blush blush lore follows more of the protag of the game where she helps xian in helping him turn back human not realizing that he was the boy she met hundreds of years ago when she was a young deer. theyre like unrionically best friends. like the bestest of friends forever.

celestia rambling, but the most important part of celestia's character is her ego. you could insult her, say she's ugly, compare her to her sisters, her mother, some random person across the street, and her pride will never falter. she believes and loves herself so much it can be considered a fault. she's the embodiment of "i could do it because im me and i can do anything i desire." so to many people, they dont like her because of her pride. but because of her pride, she can't bring herself to care. it can be pretty depressing cause you normally can spot celestia alone. she keeps to herself, no one knows a lot about her, and not even her own family has seen her cry. because she knows better. because if people start to pick at her, find anything that makes her weak they will try to attack her relentlessly. she makes the first move. she doesn't wait for anyone.

my friend saw a drawing of celestia i did and was like "is that me?!" (KNOWING DAMN WELL ITS NOT) and now shes like "im so cunty" like ok. i guess we have a celestia kinnie now

before i head to bed. i bring old celestia art with her boytoy accessory. this was her old design before i reworked her and resparked that joy i had. nothing about their dynamic changed as he has to carry her everywhere. they are very cute 🩷

as i was editing blog stuff and going through my pretty lady collections i use for art comms. i realized that alba and celestia are very similar in their cute hair buns and jacket. but the way theyre styled is so different. while alba is more passive and shy, celestia is more assertive and confident. i like to think as well that celestia is cat coded and alba is (well a deer. canonically) ramble, ramble, ramble. btu these two are the big two on my mind. (esp cause i have to show the alba comm i got soon!!) but my princesses. my darlings on two different sides of the coin (sweet woman who just wants friends vs evil woman who will toss u into the waters for 5 cents)
