i hugged m on thurs I was going to hug k And m i literally rehearsed it the entire day but they didn't follow my brain script (Sad!) so i got stressed out... :( but um idk It was a very fast hug i dont know that he felt particularly comfortable and like k was Right there i know they giggled abt it when i left but like i do not let these things brother me frankly i fw the image of it in my brain Id giggle together too um Yah idk schools out for the summer 🥀

on wednesdya i was talking to M like usual and he was telling me abt this guy on youtube who posts racecar videos and he looked past me and went Yeah what do you need? and i thought itd be a kid but it was actually K and i (for unexplainable reasons i Know theyre friends they most certainly talk abt me) got really embarrassed because In fact hanging out with your 56yrold art teacher does look awfully friendless (i am not friendless)

but then i remembered that shes a major autist aswell cuz a kid asked M if bees eat their own honey and K immediately went They regurgitate it. and idk it was cute to me Shes very fond of bugs

also she wore a hoodie and sweatpants today and idk i feel like shes been cold toward me lately but she also just speaks very monotone and matter-of-fact but like issue from being autistic is that im overly critical of other people's tones and i always read it as apathy or distaste toward me But i know its not

on wednesday my friend was in his room cuz "i know youd be here" and i was 😒ing them abt thier ugly ass crush and they were like "Oh but youre so annoying abt the guy you like" and m was like Oh who is it and they were like Oh no i wont name drop i wont name drop and he fukcing asked Do I know them and we were like Naw naw i dont think so

but then on thursday i was js walking to painting and he was outside his room (the rooms are right next to eachother) and he looks me dead in the eyes and goes "alwayyss hanging around the art rooms huh? i wonder why that is..." which is like a quote from my giep meeting (which he didnt attend???) and its possible it was just coincidence but like Huh?

it was actually so awkward i walked in and then just stood in my spot next to him in like almost complete silence for the entire 35 minutes but its Fine he was not weird about it

he jokingly commented that he's so mean that i dont wanna say anything cuz someone asked him why hes so mean (hes not) and he asked me if he was mean

um idk I brushed against him accidentally on purpose but like on accident but i do that kinda frequently

this is the most autistic old man ive ever met he was like Oh im gonna grill out on the deck so i asked what he was gonna make and he was like Well hamburgers for everyone else. But chicken for me cuz i dont like burgers. and i was like Omg so relatable i fucking hate beef (true). and hes like Yeah i only like beef in tacos and meatballs when i cant taste it. Ok bro.

and then he goes on to complain that apple pie is too slimy and pasta sauce only goes on pasta and he doesnt like parmesan and chicken sandwiches are "too much bread"

theres also a picture of him eating the staple mac and cheese with chicken nuggets this man So relatable.

anyway hes very sweet and he smells nice Ok occasional update over maybe ill update more we talk A Lot.

like 2 weeks ago he told me that he had his ears pierced. twice. But he got tired of them and let them close. Like hello. And i dont get to see it.

and um idk today i broke my goal of trying to not talk to him two or more days in a row (i had spoken to our student assistance counselor about him sometime ago cuz i was bothered that he had Boundaries. she was in fact very understanding and kinda glad when i said that hes Very old cuz everyone has a crush on this new young teacher (who IS hot)) and he complained about his 3rd block.

i also dont know if he knows my name at all even though he definitely like Knows me. yesterday he noted that hes awful with names as he wrote a pass for someone.

um idk we talk a lot now (i cant help myself) but its never much of signifcance. its mostly just me making fun of him or making him do all the talking 😭😭 poor guy
