Warrior-fication under the cut:

Hummingpaw was born from two (ex)clan leaders after the abolishment of the old Warrior code and (insert warrior cats Belos here). Despite their parents being officially retired leaders, they still tend to garner unwanted attention solely from the fact that they are leader-born (But also cause junipurr is just mighty popular amongst the clans i guess). Not only was the attention incredibly annoying, it also causes their gifted “powers” to flare up unpredictably.

Ever since they were a kit, they’ve been having unusually vivid dreams that keep reccuring. They quickly figured out that, for whatever reason, these dreams seem to foretell incidents that will happen in the future no matter how big or small. But it didn’t stop at just dreams, throughout the day they would get visions of other clanmates future. As you could imagine it rapidly became overwhelming. But while they kept this information to themselves and their family, it didn’t take long until the clan found out about their secret.

It was a joyous day for the clan—Starclan has chosen this young apprentice as their guide! It’s clear to them that Hummingpaw was a gifted cat, their “strong connection to Starclan” pretty much says it all. After they discovered their hidden powers, they were swiftly transferred to the medicine den and began training as a medicine cat… without asking how Hummingpaw thought of all of this.

Which ofc leads to alot of religious spite and hatred towards Starclan for “cursing” them, even if they dont show it 👍 and yeah theyre still gonna get the “seeing ghost/spirits” stuff btw cause thats actually a canon thing that happens in the books—one character even became a lil crazy cause of it !!! 😋

Olive is a kittypet who sometime gets into scuffles with the neighboring cats, resulting in her scars. She’s fascinated by whats beyond the forest edge, and she would often trek through the forest, yknow, just to hunt a mice or two. This would then obviously result into chaos once border patrols caught sight of her. They chased her away—but not before she manage to get acquainted with one of the clan cats (Edric!!!). They then went on to have a few secret meetings here and there and the rest is history 🫶

For some bio/info she was born in a secluded religious town and was 1. the daughter of the leader, so was supposed to take on that role after him and 2. showed a lot of skills, especially regarding soul-controlling powers that have religious significance to them and aren't that easy to come by. She later met and fell in love with a girl from a nonbeliever family, had a character arc, and ran away after said girl into the woods (this is putting a pretty long story short lmao). Currently she lives with her in an abandoned castle in these woods and is still practicing soul control, but out of fascination with it (and using ancient forgotten methods from the castle) rather than out of the necessity she felt while in the town. She's generally pretty stoic, collected, or at least she tries to appear that way. She does have some um. Moments. Besides that. Also she's trans and only really started expressing that after running away if that matters

Spire (formerly Spiresong or Spireheart or something idk) was the daughter and deputy to the clan’s leader. Her clan was unique, in the fact that it was believed to be blessed by Starclan themselves, gifting certain cats with powers never before seen in the clans. For this, her clan heavily worships Starclan and are very spiritiual in general. Spire was gifted this power and as time goes by she showed a promising amount of skill. But then she met a (rogue? A Starclan nonbeliever clanmate? Im not sure…) and quote: “had a character arc” to which she then leaves her clan to become a rogue with her mystery girlfriend :). I like to think that, since she left her clan and doesn’t feel burdened by it anymore, she would change her name into something different/simpler. To abandon those clan traditions and fully embrace her life as someone new. But also cause of the trans thing 👍

“Potoo” is a rogue “cat” that wanders the clan territories and sometimes make patrols really fucking scared when they catch a glimpse of them, considering how elusive they are. You could SWEAR someone was there but when you go back to check theres just. nothing. nothing but a faint unnatural, alien, scent that lingers. Spooky! They’re basically the local Clan Cryptid™ that queens would use to scare their kits into not leaving the camp LMAO. Wether or not they’re actually real is up for debate among the clan cats.
