Yo can you go help me track down this mystery?

So basically a long time ago when I was a big CU fan I was searching for images and found a video that redirected me to a Vimeo link. I wouldn't have clicked on it, but the thumbnail was strange because I've never seen that clip before

I clicked on it, and it started the clip from Choice-O-Rama, and George was smashing the wall and discovered Teachertrolopils or whatever it was called ( The place with the robot teachers ) but then it cut to a clip of space.

Then at 0:31, it shows a clip of George and Harold talking..floating in space...does that sound familiar? Yes, it's the same exact clip the thumbnail showed. Then it cuts to other familiar clips.

Was this a scrapped episode or smth? I swear i don't remember this, it wasn't in space or Choice-O-Rama either.
