HOW TO START AFTER ANTICIPATED ENDING
Last year, I suffered from depression and was very depressed at the time due to an occurrence. Since my father died in January of 2020, it will be the worst year of my life.. 8 days after new year, I start my new year with pain. So before that day 12 midnight in Jan 1, my father talk to me about my academics performance in school, and I said that " okay lang man pa" so he said that time "eskwela kalang maayo taposa ang pag eskwela mo kay amo lang na mahatag namon ni mama mo sa imo. Kung ano lang kaya mo amo lang na" so after that I said to myself that i will do my best in school. I felt bad because I wasn't a perfect child to my parents. Since I was a mischievous kid in high school, skipping class and not listening to what they told me. However, when I was in grade school, I was still in the top seven in ranking from grade one to six. However, I am addicted to video games while I am in high school, and I have ignored my studies during those years. My classmates are still there for me thats why I depending my grades to them.
My father died 9 pm in jan 8 but my family told me in the morning jan 9. Im ready to go to school that day and then my mother call me. Im very sad that they because of the death of my father. When im riding a bus home I can't stop crying I realized all my fault, I have plan already to my father if I have a work and money. But all of that was ruined. So after my father was buried and I back to school I put in my head that I will carry the words of my father that told me. Instead of being depress due to what happened, I will make it an motivation. Because that is the best advice that I hear from my father. I will make my father proud even he's dead. I will fullfil his dream to me. Think about how this relates to your life. How many times have you heard it was the end, when it was really the beginning? How many hopeless labels have been slapped over your inner hope? The truth is, life’s “fires” happen to all of us. We all go through circumstances, big and small, that deeply effect us, and… We wish we had more resources. We wish our jobs were different. We wish our personal lives were different. We think everything in life should be easier
You can have a heartbreaking past story without letting it control your present. In the present moment we all have some kind of pain: anger, sadness, frustration, disappointment, regret, etc. Observe the discomfort you're feeling to see if it's being triggered by the story you're telling yourself about what happened in the past (either in the recent past or in the distant past). Your subconscious may insist that the pain you're feeling is the product of what happened (rather than the story you've made up in your head), but what happened in the past isn't happening right now. It's over. The deadline has passed. However, the pain is already there right now as a result of the story you've been telling yourself about the previous incident.
