I know about a million people have already done Hades fanart designs for the remaining Olympians, but I really wanted to take my own pass at the golden boy, Apollo. SUPERGIANT PLS JUST ADD HIM.
The Hades art style is a really fun challenge to work with – I ended up having to fully redo my flats AND shading from start to finish because my first pass had too many granular/clean shading details and the shadows just weren’t deep enough. I’m used to working in a way brighter, more saturated palette, so trying to get closer to a different art style made for a nice way to get out of my comfort zone.
