David Katz, 24, perpetrator of the 2018  Florida Madden video game tournament shooting

David  was from Baltimore, Maryland and he had come to Florida for the competition. 

He apparently had become angry after losing a game. 

He was eliminated from the event before opening fire. 

He killed at least 2 people and injured 11 more

His neighbors described his family as “not really all that suspicious”and that there was nothing remarkable about them

In the same interview, they report that as he got older, they started to see less and less of him
