no one had told lucien they’d asked some tech whiz to come fix their gaming computer – if they had maybe he would’ve opened the door looking a little bit better ( or naked ) just in case that tech whiz just so happened to be david. in reality, however, he was nursing a two day, never-ending hangover and because of this looked like he’d just crawled out of a grave with the dark under eye circles to prove it.

it had been a while since the pair had seen each other, lucien preferring to give the other his space and also a little worried that if they saw each other in person he’d be subjected to angry yelling, or even worse, crying. that didn’t mean he hadn’t stalked though, look at his instagram search history and his real thoughts would be revealed.

“sure,” he said, a hint of disbelief in his voice – was he really just here as an excuse to see him? “bet you didn’t even remember who was the president of this frat, huh?” he raised his eyebrows, moving to the side so he could step inside. he’d be lying if he said it didn’t hurt seeing him again after so long.

david knew that he’d been staring at lucien for a few seconds with no words. there weren’t many people who could unintentionally get him to stop speaking, and even when they weren’t together lucien still had that effect. this was the boy who got him to come out of the closet, and the promise he made to value that had been broken.  he wouldn’t  admit it, but he never wished an actual ill will on lucien. there was a special place in his heart, but he preferred to repress the memory of finding out he’d been cheated on.

" it’s not my fraternity.” he knew exactly who had been the president, but that wasn’t something he was going to let-up on. “and you seem like you just woke up. ill be quick.’ david didn’t want to act this way, but believed that distancing themselves away from one another would make things easier. he moved past lucien, pulling out the dab cartridge and taking a big hit before moving to where the computer had been moved per david’s request.

he looked to lucien. “feel free to go back to what you were doing. i have everything i need here..” david went to remove his backpack filled with his small tools, not noticing that he left the bag in his room. “..after you..get me whatever tools you have.” he sighed before rubbing at the sides of his forehead. “..please.. and i’m only saying that to be polite.”

david was the resident computer genius for not only his fraternity, but to anyone who wanted to give him money. he didn’t need it but he was for some reason always paranoid that one day his grandparents would cut him off (they wouldn’t, but it still worries him) so he saves a lot of the money. the love of computers and the challenge of fixing a broken one was another added benefit - except when the usual problem involved some dumbass spilling a drink in the circuit board.

he received a text from an unknown number saying that his gaming computer was having issues. david found out it was a gamma who offered him two dab carts for the fix, and david was happy to help. his ex-boyfriend was the president and he wanted to do everything in his power to avoid him but he wasn’t going to turn down the carts. the walk had only been 5 minutes long. he knocked on the door when he arrived, not expecting his phone to ring.

“Yes. You heard it right. That’s exactly where I am right now and I hope I don’t bump into luc-” He must have angered some taunting spirit in the universe, as his words were interrupted by the sight of his ex. “Out of all the people to answer the door..” David laughed. “I’m here to fix a computer.” David’s purposely kept his tone of voice as neutral as possible while trying to avoid the thoughts about his ex trying to run through his brain.

- Originally born in Spain but moved to America when he was 11 years old to live with his grandparents. His parents decided that the move would be better for him considering his grandparent’s wealth. His grandfather (on his mother’s side) owns several larger hotel chains. - Had more of a rough upbringing. His grandparents (on his mother’s side) never approved of their marriage or relationship, meaning they were completely cut off. His father worked in construction while his mother worked as a nursing assistant. - The move to America was a culture shock considering he went from a small 2 bedroom house to a 4 story home. He’d never owned a house with a basement, and to him, that meant they had it made.  - Got into hacking/coding at the age of 11. Mostly did harmless pranks at his school such as making all of the computer printers continue running, putting Rebecca Black Friday on a Monday Morning for 1 month on every loudspeaker, and smaller things. - He attended a boarding school in New York in a STEM program. He also participated in many local coding/hacking championships. Most of his accomplishments are pretty unknown outside of the field (and he doesn’t talk about them because he knows that most people really don’t care).  - Came out officially in high school after dating his first boyfriend who cheated on him. After that, he became less likely to open up to many people outside of his fraternity/group of friends.They managed to go to the same college which he’s been doing his best to avoid him. - Joined the fraternity because he’s a legacy student. David had no choice in the college he attended

personality: 

- he comes from a very loud and social family, which he is a product of. he considers himself one of the more social people in his fraternity. people will immediately notice him in a conversation because he’s does try to be the loudest to say what he wants to say. he’s terrible about interrupting conversations without meaning to. - is very organized and freaks out when things are too messy/out of place. he’s the type to offer to iron the clothes of his fraternity brothers just so they don’t look bad for pictures. he’s known for always having a clean room. color coding his clothing. actually using an agenda (ya, i know).  - outside of that, he’s very carefree and doesn’t mind breaking the rules/stray from the path if there’s fun involved. he loves being around other people and is always the friend messaging ‘wyd’ just to hang out. - he is always himself, and doesn’t care to let others know. he tells his best friends ‘he loves them’ and kisses on the cheek even to his guy friends (something that was common in his family). he loves showing affection. he’s the boyfriend/friend to randomly buy gifts and type of person who will randomly text a friend he hadn’t spoken to in a while. - is a very honest/blunt person and usually in the form of comedy. he’s known for cracking a joke at the wrong time or not knowing when it is time to be serious. comedy is his coping mechanism. -
