Chef David Bouhadana is the founder of Sushi by Bou, New York’s one-of-a-kind omakase experience.  Chef Bouhadana spent his early 20’s training in the Kansai region of Japan, learning from the masters and perfecting his craft.  When he returned to the states, David began to build his reputation in New York City in the kitchens of restaurants including Sushi Uo and Morimoto. David Bouhadana has made a name for himself by recreating Japan’s authentic fast-casual omakase concept with his own signature style.
