Social Media with Intention

Going to try something new from here on out, my goal is everytime I open any social media - Tiktok, tumblr, twitter, insta etc I am going to try and post something while on it. 1. I hope it will help wtih engagment but 2. I hope it make it so I am more mindful about social media. Sometimes I find myself doom scrolling for hours on end, but if I need to have intention or a reason to open it. Then maybe I will find myself more productive in that realm as well. I will be hopefully sharing my journey between all my socials as well! Feel free to join in! I am very hopeful this will allow me to find more time to be active in doing something, but also creation! While I do have multiple socials per site, I feel that will allow me to be more active and engaged in creation the right way. I would love to know if any of you have tips on social media, how to engage properly and not just doom scroll!
