Act 5 was excellent. Might be the best quest so far. My only complaint is that we have to wait for Act 6 to release with the second half. But it admittingly makes it more exciting, and gives some more time to disect the first Act of Septimont. Im soon excited to 100% my map today too ☺️

I've been resource gathering for YEARS so now I am going to share my dragons hoard

Floorplanner. Design and furnish a house for you to use for having a consistent background in your comic or anything! Free, you need an account, easy to use, and you can save multiple houses.

Comparing Heights. Input the heights of characters to see what the different is between them. Great for keeping consistency. Free.

Magma. Draw online with friends in real time. Great for practice or hanging out. Free, paid plan available, account preferred.

Smithsonian Open Access. Loads of free images. Free.

SketchDaily. Lots of pose references, massive library, is set on a timer so you can practice quick figure drawing. Free.

SculptGL. A sculpting tool which I am yet to master, but you should be able to make whatever 3d object you like with it. free.

Pexels. Free stock images. And the search engine is actually pretty good at pulling up what you want.

Figurosity. Great pose references, diverse body types, lots of "how to draw" videos directly on the site, the models are 3d and you can rotate the angle, but you can't make custom poses or edit body proportions. Free, account option, paid plans available.

Line of Action. More drawing references, this one also has a focus on expressions, hands/feet, animals, landscapes. Free.

Animal Photo. You pose a 3d skull model and select an animal species, and they give you a bunch of photo references for that animal at that angle. Super handy. Free.

Height Weight Chart. You ever see an OC listed as having a certain weight but then they look Wildly different than the number suggests? Well here's a site to avoid that! It shows real people at different weights and heights to give you a better idea of what these abstract numbers all look like. Free to use.

The WuWa Anniversary Is Good, Right?

I haven't seen many people share similar opinions with me on the Wuthering Waves Anniversary and feel a little insane for it. The cosmetics and events were enough to excite me, and the 10 reruns were actually a pleasant surprise even if I personally will have no use for them. My immediate thought was that it'd give people a lot of options especially if they don't want zani or ciaccona. Can anyone honestly tell me theyre super stressed over the reruns as a long time player? I have every character I want (only missing 4) and Ive had very average luck aside from Cantarella's banner since launch. Admittingly, I was totally expecting a free limited 5* considering Xiangli Yao was given in Version 1.2, but that was arguably to keep players around after a poorly received launch.

But after the livestream ended I couldn't believe the amount of hate it was getting. 30+ limited pulls is more than what most other (popular) gachas would give on their anniversary, especially without making the previous or following patch give a lot less pulls overall.

On top of the rewards, there is a lot of desired content coming up. In Version 2.3, we will get two flight cosmetics, a crown cosmetic for our Rover, anni themed profiles, TWO main events (one anni themed and ciaccona story event), Zanis character story, a small expansion, a permanent game mode similar to the illusive realm event, an opportunity to get past limited event items/cosmetics, and the usual smaller events.

Thats a lot to do and be excited for considering that this patch could be considered "filler." But maybe I'm being overly positive? Just curious to hear some more elaborated takes.
