I hate my body and I really hate my hair. I need to loose a lot of weight and figure out my hair I guess. My chin keeps breaking out and I’ve had a really bad day. I have to go to the dentist tomorrow and get 3 cavities filled and I really don’t want to go I got some new thrift store clothes but I hate all of them

Today I tinged and I am about to do my arm workout! And I ate pretty good

I didn’t eat as good as I wanted to today.
I still ate healthier than I could have. I had carrots instead of chips and I didn’t drink the monster I bought.
I did two go throughs of this arm workout that I’m gonna try and go through 4 times everyday
Then I did 50 crunches
Hopefully we will ting in the morning and I can walk to the lake
I will eat good tomorrow
