Hello. Hi. Hello. Do. Do you have any lore to share on any of your ALNST OCs (Isla, Monica, Toon) involving their backgrounds, during and before Anakt Garden? Maybe regarding their guardians or how they act around the other OCs in general? I love your children

(Sorry in advance for the iffy art, these are just first concepts/sketches and I may redesign them in the future, some of them I decided to colour, but some I just left as sketches cause I just wanted it over and done with😭😭)

👏Okay, so!

In this post, I'm going to be focusing on Isla and Monica's Guardians!

They are all currently unnamed (I'm terrible at coming up with names). I may come up with some in the future, but feel free to suggest names for them!

ISLA'S GUARDIAN

• Upper class alien. Owner of a prestigious, well-known restaurant/lounge.

• Originally bought Isla to train her as entertainment for the lounge, but many of her friends and regulars of the restaurant recommended sending Isla to perform in the famous competition: Alien Stage.

• Still has Isla sing in her lounge when not performing in Alien Stage. Isla's Owner hopes that Isla's participation in ALNST will help boost her restaurant's popularity.

MONICA'S GUARDIANS (PAST->PRESENT)

GUARDIAN 1

• Monica's first Guardian. Lives on a lush, garden planet (owns a garden themself).

• First got Monica as a gift for their daughter, but ended up growing fond of the pet human. They liked bringing Monica on walks throughout their garden and tending to the various plants.

• Monica grew attached to her Guardian, and this may be one of the reasons for her big interest in bugs.

• Her Guardian eventually put her up for adoption. Monica never knew why.

GUARDIAN 2

(Note: Unfinished sketch. Design may change.)

• Monica's second Guardian. Lives on a modern, city filled planet.

• Bought Monica because red-headed human pets were the "current fashion." They liked to show Monica off to the other aliens. Monica enjoyed the attention and being fawned over.

• This Guardian was the one Monica spent the least amount of time with. Once she had gone "out of fashion," she was put back on the market.

GUARDIAN 3

(Note: Unfinished sketch. Design may change.)

• Monica's current Guardian. Lives on the same planet as Guardian 2.

• Always looking to make large amounts of money. Bought Monica for the sole purpose of entering her into ALNST.

• Monica's least favourite owner so far, but she still wants to do well in ALNST to please him.

I have talked a little about Isla and Monica's time in Anakt Garden, but I mostly focused on their relationship with each other. You can find that here.

I should probably do a post about their thoughts on the other OCs at some point, but for now have this^^ <3

I think if she were to cover one of the official Alien Stage songs, she'd sing Sweet Dream! It fits her character, and also because the artist who I've used as Isla's voice claim (@/Lalalananas) sings it lol (her voice is soso pretty):

ALNST OC Voice Claims/HCs!

Isla:

When not singing in Alien Stage, Isla tends to perform at high-class dinner parties and other events. Her Guardian uses these events as a chance to show off their pet's skill to other rich aliens and to hopefully catch the eye of potential sponsors. Isla usually sings ballads and operas, but will sing whatever she is told to.

Monica:

Monica likes to experiment with different genres of music, but she prefers songs that are happy and upbeat. She's not afraid to belt out the song, and put her emotions on full display.
